All SPLAT Sessions
are for 4-12 year olds
- Please note if your child has not attended a SPLAT term-time session before, then you will need to complete a membership form before your child can attend our term-time sessions.
- You can do this by completing the form online at www.splatstaffs.co.uk/
membership-form. It will be quicker if you complete the form online. If not, we will have forms available at our SPLAT sessions.

SPLAT Blurton

Every Thursday
SPLAT Moss Green
Venue:
Moss Green Community Centre, Moss Green Road, ST2 0SP
Time: 5.00pm – 6.30pm
Every Saturday
SPLAT Shelton
Venue:
Equality House, Raymond Street, ST1 4DP
Time: 12.00pm – 2.00pm
Important Information
1. Do parents/carers attend with their child?
Our sessions are for children only to attend.
2. Can my child leave the session on their own?
Children must be collected by an adult.
However, children aged 10 years and over, are allowed to leave the session on their own, with permission from their parent/carer, however they will not be able to take home any younger siblings.
3. Do I need to pre-book a space for my child?
During term time, sessions do not need to be pre-booked, just turn up on the day.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, a session maybe cancelled. Should this happen, we will update our social media pages and notify you via a text message asap.
6. How do you sign up?
If your child has not attended a SPLAT term-time session before, they will need a completed membership form, before they can attend.
You can do this by Completing the form available at our SPLAT Sessions.
SPLAT Blurton session
However, for our SPLAT Blurton is now fully booked for new members.
We are overwhelmed that over 70 children have registered for this session!! and we do not want to be turning children away, which is why we have no capacity for any new members to register now, we are really sorry.
Once we have capacity, we will re-open registration for this session.
7. How we use your data?
We ask for personal details, so we are aware of any medical, health and support needs, to help keep children safe at our sessions and to ensure their needs are met safely. Parent/Carer details are taken, in case of an emergency. Other contact details are gathered, to help keep you updated i.e. in case sessions are cancelled, you can choose to opt out from this.
Data is only passed on to any third party organisations regarding funding requirements or if there is a safeguarding issue.

8. Our Staff
All our Staff are DBS Checked, First Aid trained, have Food and Hygiene Qualifications and Safeguarding, as well as other Play Work related qualifications, to ensure children are kept safe at all times.
